NXT Grounds is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as we prepare for an exciting year of growth at Next Academy. We are hiring for the Head of Grounds position, as well as support roles that offer opportunities for students, volunteers, and landscaping professionals who want hands-on experience caring for athletic fields.

The Head of Grounds will oversee all field and facility maintenance, including mowing, lining, repairs, and seasonal preparation. This role blends physical fieldwork with leadership, scheduling, and coordination with support staff and outside vendors. It is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping or turf management who wants to guide the long-term development of our facilities.

Supporting roles will help with daily and weekly field tasks such as mowing, lining fields, edging, cleaning, and preparing the complex for training and events. These positions are great for students seeking flexible hours, volunteers who enjoy outdoor work, and professionals looking to expand their skills in sports turf care.

Everyone on the NXT Grounds team plays an important part in ensuring our fields are safe, clean, and ready for players. As we plan for continued expansion in 2026 and beyond, there will be new opportunities to contribute to building and maintaining high-quality sports facilities for our community.
