Coach Expectations

Our coaches are entrusted with creating a positive, challenging, and player-centered environment where every athlete has the opportunity to develop.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and lead two to three engaging training sessions each week

• Coach league matches, tournaments, and club events

• Develop players through age-appropriate training aligned with the club curriculum

• Foster character, confidence, sportsmanship, and leadership

• Communicate professionally with players, parents, and club staff

• Complete player evaluations and contribute to each athlete's long-term development
